Lisa Rappa-Mannion, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC, FNP-BC, CFCS Clinician
I am a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, having Board-Certification in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care and Family Medicine along with Foot Care Specialty. I have been providing care to NH residents since 2001. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in various medical settings, including hospital medicine, primary care, correctional medicine, substance use disorder, geriatric medicine along with home-based primary care. Each experience has provided various skill sets, expanding my knowledge. The best part was the wonderful patients and colleagues I had the privilege of learning from and meeting along the way. For the past three years, I have been caring for patients who are not able to leave their home for various reasons. There is an enormous need to bring healthcare to the home. Our most vulnerable patients have limited access to care, yet also are the most medically complex. Our mission is to keep you Healthy at Home. NH Mobile Foot Care Clinic was started in hopes to provide quality care with a personal touch that everyone deserves.
